GK-61Edge Position Controller

Edge position controller can make correction for various coiled material, such as: winding drum film, tinsel, non-woven fabrics.

GK-61 edge position controller increases the function of web guide response speed adjustable 

based on GK3 and GK4 edge position controller. 

This function can degree the web guide motor shake when the monocular doing web guide. 

The edge position controller can make correction for various coiled material, 

such as: winding drum film, tinsel, non-woven fabrics, weaving etc. 

According to the different printing patten of correction material to choose the form of edge and line, 

what’s more, can free setting monocular or binocular detect, photo-electric error run motor

 is permanent magnent synchronous motor, customers can according to yourselves 

requirment to match ball screw or mono-screw, thus make correction driving running 

and offset of coiled material in rigid proportion relationship. 

This product is mainly focus on printing packing, paper making, diaphragm, textile etc industries, 

which occasion need to control the turned edge uniform.
