Single-phase pneumatic diaphragm pumps is professionally applied for printing machinery.

 

Operating principle:

1.This product uses compressed air as a driving force, through the needle valve to regulate the air conditioning, to make diaphragm generated movement for the purpose of transmission fluid.

2. no spark, suitable for explosion-proof places.

3. Low gas consumption, medium flow process stepless speed regulation

through the compressed air.

4. Diaphragm uses corrosion resistant material, can convey various corrosive medium.

Installation method and the matters needing attention:

1. the pump must be installed vertically, pay attention to the direction of arrow

2.The ink mouth should connection with hose.

3. after the completion of the work, it need water or other decompose media to wash pumps, cleaning should process in operating condition.

 

Note:

When replace diaphragm, please place the pump body to drill press and other equipment, then unloaded the six M5 hex screws, lesting the spring jumped out.
